These lambs were born right here on our farm in April and May of this year, and have spent their entire lives on our pastures. We weaned them in early August and started them on feed at that time. From birth to finish, we focus on ethical, responsible animal care to ensure our livestock are raised with respect and handled with intention.
They have received two rounds of CD&T vaccinations, and we make it a priority to avoid antibiotics whenever possible. For the past 60 days, they’ve been on a balanced feed program of pasture grass and grain, resulting in a grass-fed, grain-finished product. Because we raise our animals with care and prioritize their wellbeing, you can count on a clean, ethically raised, higher-quality lamb that not only tastes incredible, but reflects our commitment to doing things the right way.
Whole Lamb deposit. The total price will be 10.50/LBS/hanging weight. The estimated total price will be $550 to $600 out the door. This price includes the processing fee. There will be approximately 15 head of sheep that will be sold. Once all are sold, this listing will be "Out of Stock".
Pickup will be around the first of the year. Once the deposit is made, SRMC will reach out to you to review your preferred cuts and plan a pickup date/delivery date.

FAQ
How much freezer space do I need?
You will need around sixteen cubic feet of freezer space per whole beef.
How many pounds of beef can I expect?
The amount of beef will vary from each animal, but will generally be around the following:
- 1/8 beef - 50lbs
- 1/4 beef - 100lbs
- 1/2 beef - 200lbs
- 1 whole beef - 400lbs
What cuts will I receive?
Once you order, or upon request, you will receive a cut sheet with all the options available. A typlical cut shee would consist of 20-25% Steaks, 25-35% Roasts/Stew Meat/Short Ribs, and 45-50% Ground Beef. When can I expect to receive Beef after placing an order? Do you deliver?
All orders will be fulfilled within 2 months of ordering. After an order is placed, you will be contacted by SRMC to select an exact date for pickup or delivery. An exact date will depend on availability. Remember - DELIVERY IS FREE.
How is it packaged?
All the individual cuts of meat are vacuum-sealed. Ground beef is packaged in “tubes” or “chubs” in either 1, 1.5, or 2 lbs packages.
Is the beef grass-fed, grass-finished? Or grass-fed, grain-finished?
All beef is born on local farms and is grass-fed on pasture throughout its entire life. Once the beef hits 800 lbs we will start supplementing grain to achieve the highest quality of meat.
Does your beef have antibiotics or growth hormones?
No. All the beef we process is antibiotic-free for a minimum of 45 days and never given growth hormones.
