 This payment is a deposit only and reserves half of the animal for you. The remaining balance will be due once the final hanging weight is confirmed at processing.

Pricing Details:

    •    $6.00 per pound – Hanging Weight

    •    Approximate hanging weight: 325–375 pounds

    •    Estimated total cost: $1,950– $2,250

    •    Estimated take home weight (depending on cut      selection): 195-225 pounds

 

Final price will be determined by the actual hanging weight after harvest. Once deposit is purchased, you will be contacted by a member of our team with further information on cut sheet forms and delivery dates.

FAQ

How much freezer space do I need?

This depends on how much beef you are purchasing. You will need around sixteen cubic feet of freezer space per whole beef.

How many pounds of beef can I expect?

The amount of beef will vary from each animal, but will generally be around the following:

  • 1/8 beef - 45 - 55 lbs
  • 1/4 beef - 90 - 110 lbs
  • 1/2 beef - 180 - 220 lbs
  • 1 whole beef - 360 - 440 lbs

What cuts will I receive?

Once you order, you will receive a cut sheet with all the options available. For a whole or half beef - A typical cut sheet would consist of 20-25% Steaks, 25-35% Roasts/Stew Meat/Short Ribs, and 45-50% Ground Beef. Do you deliver?

Yes, we will deliver your meat if requested. Delievery fee depends on location.

How is it packaged?

All the individual cuts of meat are vacuum-sealed. Ground beef is packaged in “tubes” or “chubs” in either 1, 1.5, or 2 lbs packages.

Is the beef grass-fed, grass-finished? Or grass-fed, grain-finished?

All beef is born on local farms and is grass-fed on pasture throughout its entire life. Once the beef hits 800 lbs we will start supplementing grain to achieve the highest quality of meat. 

Does your beef have antibiotics or growth hormones? 

No. All the beef we process is antibiotic-free for a minimum of 45 days and never given growth hormones.
